Day 21: One is a million in giving 💄☕️🫐

Today, based on the questions you looked at yesterday, what’s the one-is-a-million piece you can give yourself and your life today that brings more the embodiment of love into your life and (self-) leadership?

For me right now this is: to move to the countryside and to explore how working in a team can go beautifully together with my business (because I long to work in a team, too, and maybe even locally if that's possible which I feel would serve in many ways). 

My former beliefs and experiences were:

. I won’t get the home there I desire because my income isn’t at this level yet. 

. I won’t be able to serve in my business on the level I want to serve when I work in a team at the same time. 

. I will be more alone because my friends all live in the city.

. My boys will feel this is annoying because of the travelling time to school and friends. 

My new beliefs are: 

. We’ll receive the perfect home for us based on my belief that I can receive always what I desire, no matter what (and yes, I’m doing my part in this). Note: this belief also includes: This new home might not be as spacious as I desire it to be right in the beginning, but it will still have the most expansive energy and all of this gets to evolve! 

. I will be able to serve my business at the same level as now or an ever higher level because my energy and frequency will go up significantly in the countryside (this I know for a fact, it’s not a belief anymore, it’s a deep inner knowing).

. I will feel and be less alone because nature and like-minded people will be around me all the time.

. My boys will benefit in all the ways because my energy and frequency will go up significantly and where we’re headed is actually serving them because it’s close to the Golf club they just get started to be a member of. 

It’s all aligning. But I allow it to align. I feel scared. I don’t know how it works out. I fear I will do things the wrong way as some of my past experiences suggest. And as I said on another day: I could judge myself for only making this move now. But I don’t. Because I know I needed to make the experiences I’ve made. And now I make new choices. I allow myself to expand. This is what I mean when I say I allow things to align. 

So, when you give yourself something, make sure not to entangle this with judging the past. I stayed in my marriage far too long on the one hand side. On the other hand side I’m so proud and happy I had the trust and the belief that we were going to make it. I think it was an act of love. Even if my energy and frequency was at its lowest at that time. 

Can you see how this thinking is creating more love, more freedom, more space for expansion, more space for forgiveness?

My invite today: Drop into stillness more often - simply in between. For 5 minutes, for 10 minutes. It can shift our perspective, it can bring in clarity, it can bring in compassion, it can bring in new insights. It is a magical tool. And, as with so many tools, it is, of course, not only a tool. It is a way of living. A decision to connect to stillness and to let this be a part of your life. It is powerful.

I want to add a connection that maybe wasn’t being fully clear in my transmission today: When I celebrate nature, like you saw in the example I shared about me and Julius, at least for me it’s easier to also celebrate myself. It brings me into the frequency of also celebrating the “small” and I can then also celebrate the “small” things about myself or others which in turn makes it also more easy to celebrate the bigger pieces. Our brains and our whole bodies become used to it. This is why I brought this example. It’s about how you lead your life and how you lead yourself 👸🏻
